“Life Soaked Reveal” follows close on the heels of “Vibration Angle” (released 11 November 2022), which was the first in a fresh new series of electronic / IDM collaboration singles between Australian independent artists Genevieve Sovereign and Ben Tenison.

The 25 December 2022 release date of this team’s second single “Life Soaked Reveal” coincides with the birthday of one of Sovereign’s late friends, Melbourne-based composer Luke Paulding, whom she considers instrumental in setting her along the path of music creation - and in whose memory the track is being released.

Interweaving Sovereign’s hallmark poetic lyrics and distinctive vocal execution, with Tenison’s innovative beats and instrumental flourishes. “Life Soaked Reveal” invites listeners on a journey that plumbs great depths for “treasures lost” – and offers them up again into a brightness illuminating more than one single lifetime. This sonic odyssey opens the heart to an entire spectrum of emotion, in just its brief handful of minutes.
